Just concluded a workshop in Lucknow on negotiation skills’ – ‘It’s a Deal’ for one of the leaders of the Infrastructure Industry; an Organisation that is part of the largest business conglomerate of the country.

The specialty of the workshop was that it was targeted at the Procurement Professionals of the Company. It addressed both the attitude and the skills associated with negotiation. The participants especially appreciated a special session on how the salespeople that the procurement deals with can gather information in an apparently innocuous was through backdoor selling. Information being power, the process gets tilted in favor of the salespeople even before they come to the negotiation table.

The workshop followed the Team Results’ usual discovery-based, interactive and fun-based approach, and the overall feedback of the participants was an overwhelming thumbs up to learning with fun. The workshop was facilitated by the Chief Facilitator of Team Results.
