With an experience in the field of hospitality for over a decade Mandira started her career in the reputed Taj Mahal Palace and Towers as a Guest Relations Executive. In her tenure of four years she was promoted to the Elite Heritage Wing and dealt with famous names from different walks of life. Thereafter, she moved to Jet Airways as an in-flight stewardess. This again was a whole new experience for her in the field of customer care and dealing with people from varied fields and cultures. During her tenure of six years, after rigorous interviews, she was promoted as a Blue Ribbon Crew (i.e. crew who fly only First Class on selected important sectors). In a survey collated from feedback forms randomly distributed awarded her as one of the top 10 best crew all India. She has also worked for ITC group of Hotels, as a Manager L&D managing their trainings. She is also a qualified teacher in spoken and written French.
Mandira has now moved to the field of Business Development. Her vast experience of handling different people and different situations equips her to be adept at easily interacting with her clients.
She loves reading (especially books related to Psychology and human behaviour) and enjoys swimming, stage performances and elocutions. Mandira is also a trained Bharatanatiyam dancer.
