Introduction

This workshop is based on a simple concept of organisations and individuals’ quest for equilibrium in the purpose, identity, values, capability and actions of an organisation. If any of these have to change, voluntarily or involuntarily, the equilibrium of the organisation gets disturbed and then, all the other components will have to undergo relevant changes so as to achieve ‘new’ equilibrium.

Our Approach

Our training workshop addresses change not as a necessary devil but an opportunity to thrive. The workshop recognizes that resistance to change is natural and normal reaction of people and proposes a practical and motivational approach to help people to manage change.
