Introduction

People skills are crucial to professional success. Maintaining and nurturing relationships, managing diversity and conflict and dealing with emotions- both your own and others is something that we do on a daily basis at the workplace.

Our Approach

This workshop is designed to help navigate the complex dynamics of people skills and effectively maximise own personal impact by recognising the importance of interpersonal skills at the workplace, assessing their own interpersonal attitude, raising self awareness, appraising and understanding conflict management styles, employing techniques for better listening with reference to empathetic listening and demonstrating nine powerful techniques of persuasive communication.

Methodology

We use various measures such as facilitator led discussions, role plays, and other theatrical tools such as games, audio visuals, self assessments, group activities, process labs, case studies, etc.
