Introduction

The competency based interviewing process is an effective way to analyse the attitude and behaviour of the candidate. The objective of this workshop is to help managers develop the skills to make hiring decisions based on a candidate’s previous accomplishments and behaviours instead of interviewer’s own personal biases and gut feelings.

Our Approach

This workshop aims to enable participants to develop a fair and consistent interviewing process for selecting employees, motivating the candidates and get them excited to react positively towards you and your organisation and define practice and master methods to extract meaningful information in conversational tone.

Methodology

The methodology involves facilitator led discussions, role plays, and other theatrical tools such as games, audio visuals, self assessments, group activities, process labs, etc.
